PRE-DETERMINATION PROCESS FOR BENEFITS OR INVESTMENT PLANS

1. A spreadsheet comparison of investment products, administrative services and applicable
costs of companies are reviewed and analyzed.

2. Our recommendations will be based on years of experience and detailed knowledge of the
products and services in this complex area.

DESIGN - INSTALLATION - COMMUNICATION

1. Administration materials completed and modified in design to accommodate your
specifications.

2. Our firm will enroll and communicate the new plan to your employees.

3. At your convenience, we will conduct as many enrollment meetings as required by the
employer. Provide the announcement letters, enrollment material, employee kits.

4. Educate each employee regarding his or her employee benefits.

SERVICE

1. Provide quarterly re-enrollment meetings on an individual basis for pension plans.

2. Follow up with the firm providing the administrative services to ensure all of the necessary
Federal requirements are met and to answer questions or resolve benefit concerns.
